Conflict Minerals Statement

This Conflict Minerals Statement is issued by MEM-Connections INC in compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Our commitment to responsible sourcing and corporate social responsibility is reflected in our efforts to ensure that our products do not contain conflict minerals that originate from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or its adjoining countries, where the sourcing of these minerals often contributes to human rights abuses and conflict.

Policy:

MEM is committed to sourcing conflict-free minerals and conducting business in a manner that respects human rights and ethical practices. We are dedicated to working with our suppliers and industry partners to ensure that our supply chain is free from minerals that have financed armed groups or contributed to human rights violations in conflict-affected regions.

Due Diligence:

We have established a due diligence framework that aligns with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. This framework includes:
a. Identifying and assessing the risk of conflict minerals in our supply chain.

b. Establishing policies and procedures to source conflict-free minerals.

c. Engaging with our suppliers to verify the source of minerals in our products.

d. Reporting to management on the status of our due diligence efforts. e. Conducting third-party audits, as necessary, to ensure compliance with our conflict minerals policy.

Supplier Engagement:

MEM expects its suppliers to support our commitment to conflict-free sourcing by:
a. Providing accurate information about the origin and source of minerals used in the products supplied to us.

b. Cooperating with our due diligence efforts and participating in audits, as requested.

c. Implementing and communicating their own conflict minerals policies to their suppliers.

Continuous Improvement:

MEM is committed to continuous improvement in our conflict minerals due diligence efforts. We will regularly review and update our policies and procedures to enhance our ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with conflict minerals in our supply chain.

We understand the importance of this issue and are dedicated to taking all necessary steps to ensure that our products do not contribute to conflict or human rights abuses in conflict-affected regions.
